​The Fine Print

1. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the flight time will result in a $50 late cancellation/reschedule fee
2. No shows will be charged a $50 no show fee
3. Helicopters Northwest will make the cancellation determination if weather is problematic. We operate tours in all safe & legally flyable weather conditions including rain, wind and low clouds. 
4. The maximum weight per seat is 280 lbs., 580lbs total for the 3 passengers. Individuals may be required to be weighed prior to flight. Cancellation due to passengers under-reporting weight are still subject to the cancellation fee.
5. All tours have a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 3 passengers. Single individuals may book a tour by paying for 2 passengers.​
6. Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to helicopter and pilot availability
7. Flights may be cancelled by Helicopters Northwest at any time due to maintenance issues or weather conditions
8. Tours are available only at the Seattle Location (Boeing Field)
9. Rates are effective 1/1/2024 and are subject to change
