The airport environment at Everett is similar to Boeing Field or Tacoma in that it has a control tower, lots of general aviation traffic, and plenty of large jet aircraft taking off and landing at the Boeing factory. It only takes a few minutes to reach several other airports, and the islands and mountains are within easy flying distance.
